Return Policy

NUU Mobile offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on any product sold through NUU Mobile. Any purchase made directly through NUU Mobile may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number obtained by emailing support@nuumobile.com

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their returns. For your protection, we suggest customers insure their package and retain the shipping slip for their records when returning a product.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all satisfaction guarantee returns. All returned products must be in “as-new” condition, contain all the accessories and be in the original packaging. The cost of missing accessories will be deducted accordingly. We reserve the right to reject all returns that are not in “as-new” condition. There are no returns on software.

Products purchased from a source other than NUU Mobile must be returned to where the item was purchased according to that particular retailer’s return policies. NUU Mobile will not authorize returns without an invoice number, which is included on all NUU Mobile purchases.
