First and foremost, we hope you are healthy and staying safe. We are thankful for your loyalty and care tremendously about you, the NUU Mobile team and our communities. As the COVID-19 crisis evolves, NUU Mobile is adjusting in compliance to the “Shelter in Place” order from Dallas County.

Due to recent developments regarding the evolvement of the COVID-19 crisis, we will be unable to fulfill product shipments from our facility until at least April 4th. While most of our products can be purchased and delivered through our Amazon store as normal, our main priorities are the safety and health of our consumers and the NUU Mobile team.

NUU Mobile employees based in the Dallas office will continue operations remotely and within their homes to ensure we are doing our part in flattening the curve and mitigating the spread of the Coronavirus. During this time, our phone, email and chat support will remain available to you through our website at us.nuumobile.com. While we will continue to be up and running, operations may take longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience as we adapt to these unprecedented circumstances.

We encourage friends of NUU Mobile to follow the CDC’s guidelines regarding self-quarantine efforts and consciously make socially responsible decisions to ensure the safety of our communities.

In a time when we may feel the most distant from each other, we welcome you to interact with us on social media.
